Assisting foreign and local organisations who wish to participate in public service procurement and works contracts, and assisting clients in the adjudication of offers received from contractors leading to contract award.

Assisting entrepreneurs with the introduction of new products and technologies to the local market.

Acting as long term engineering consultants to public service and private organisations, supporting the upkeep and development of their electrical networks and installations.
Who you work with
Ing. Claude Vella
B.Eng.(Hons), M.Sc · Director
Co-founder and executive director. Holds a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Malta. Has worked on numerous MV and LV installations and infrastructure projects, including the shore to ship installations at the Grand Harbour and the Malta Freeport Terminal, and has provided engineering support to the Malta Freeport’s MV installation and upgrades over twenty-five years. Other work includes multi recovery waste facilities, biological treatment plants and pharmaceutical laboratories.
Ing. Ronald Vella
Co-founder
Graduated in electrical engineering at the University of Malta and joined the Malta Electricity Board as a distribution system engineer. Later appointed Head of Electricity at Enemalta, responsible for the generation and distribution systems of the Maltese islands across a thirty-seven year association. Has consulted on medium voltage installations for container terminals in Malta, Columbia, Alexandria, Algiers and the rehabilitation of the Port of Beirut.
